Hello!  My name is Arno and I served as a Web Designer and Webmaster for the National Weather Service in St. Louis until my retirement in 2006. During that time, our web page traffic increased from 7000 hits/month (in 1998) to 1.7 million hits/month (in 2006). 

Since my retirement, I have continued to design web pages for individuals and local organizations. Aside from making a couple of extra bucks and a lot of friends, I have the satisfaction of providing good service at a very reasonable price.  Yup!  It's definitely just a Mom and Pop business, but it works!  I will design the pages and graphics, develop the site, and maintain it to your satisfaction.  I'm sure that any one of my clients would be happy to supply you with a reference.
