Hello!  My name is Arno and I served as the Web Designer and Webmaster for the National Weather Service until my retirement in 2006. During that time, our web page traffic increased from 7000 hits/month (in 1998) to 1.7 million hits/month (in 2006). 

Since my retirement, I have continued to design web pages for acquaintances and only recently decided to make my services available to the general public. Aside from making a couple extra bucks, I have the satisfaction of providing good service at a very reasonable price.  Yup!  It's definitely just a Mom and Pop business, but it works!  Feel free to contact my clients for referrals.
